The Oregon Supreme Court declined Friday to hear an insurrectionist ban challenge to former President Donald Trump’s eligibility to appear on the state’s ballot, reports show. The ruling, first reported by CNN, shows the court did not comment on the merits of the challenge but opted to wait until the Supreme Court makes its own ruling. Colorado and Maine have both ruled Trump violated the 14th Amendment on Jan. 6, 2021, when rioters stormed the U.S. Capitol.
