An Israeli strike on Wednesday near Lebanon’s southern port city of Tyre killed a member of Palestinian extremist group Hamas, Palestinian and Lebanese security sources told dpa. The strike targeted a car near al-Housh at the outskirts of Tyre, they said. In a statement, Hamas confirmed that the targeted person was a member of the movement called Hadi Mustafa, based in the Palestinian Rashidiyeh Refugee camp near Tyre.
