A fourth person was arrested this week in connection with a shooting near Rutgers that wounded two people affiliated with the university, the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office announced Friday. The shooting happened around 2 a.m. on April 5 near a home on Easton Avenue, just three blocks from the university’s New Brunswick campus, the office said.
