BROOKSVILLE, Fla. \- A Brooksville man was killed in a crash that happened around 6:15 am on Monday, troopers say. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a City of Brooksville garbage truck was traveling southbound on US-41. Just south of Mondon Hill Road, Driver 1, a 68-year-old Brooksville man, lost control of the vehicle for an unknown reason.
