Flowers have been left at the scene of a fatal crash which killed a 17-year-old, who has been described the as “most kind-hearted boy ever”. Just before midnight on Sunday, a police officer came across a bike that had been involved in a collision in Main Road, Biggin Hill. Two teenage boys were given first aid before paramedics arrived, but a 17-year-old was later pronounced dead at the scene. His family have been informed and will be supported by specialist officers.
