E-Entrepreneur is a service to simplify doing business. From now on, you can apply for 10 services online in 15-40 minutes with one application on the Diia portal.
The e-Entrepreneur service was developed by the team of the Ministry of Digital Transformation within the EU4DigitalUA project funded by the European Union and implemented by the Estonian Academy of Electronic Governance.
What services are currently available?
- State registration of an individual entrepreneur.
- State registration of changes to information about an individual entrepreneur contained in the Unified State Register.
- Registration of a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base of a business entity with the requirements of fire safety legislation.
- State registration of food market operators’ facilities.
- State registration of LLC establishment on the basis of the model charter.
- Registration of the LLC’s transition to operating on the basis of a model charter.
- Submission of vacancies.
- Registration/transition to the simplified taxation system.
- Registration as a value added tax payer.
- Opening a bank account.
For whom
e-Entrepreneur can be used by adult citizens of Ukraine who want to register a business and existing businesses that want to change/expand their business.
The service offers packages of services for several types of small businesses – for cafes, beauty salons, points of sale, IT or other types of activities. The questionnaire clarifies the details of the services to make it easier for you to determine what exactly you need. The application is automatically sent to the state authorities after the business is registered.
e-Entrepreneur is a digital solution for businesses that makes paperwork, queues, and waiting a thing of the past.
