Ebonyi State Government has sought the partnership of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in the construction of a railway line in the state that would link Onitsha and Port Harcourt. Governor Francis Nwifuru made the request at The Tunisia-Africa Investment and Trade Conference in Tunis, Tunisia, where he met the delegation of the EBRD on the sidelines earlier on Wednesday.
