LOS ANGELES — Penn State players kneeled side by side as redshirt freshman Ryan Barker trotted onto the field for the biggest kick of his life. The walk-on drilled a 36-yard field goal to lift the Lions past USC 33-30 on Saturday at the LA Memorial Coliseum.
