A police officer in Brielle has been charged with illegally using law enforcement databases to look up information about people he knew, authorities said. Brian M. Dreher, 37, of Brick, has been suspended without pay, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office said Friday. He faces a charge of computer theft.
