Police are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a man, missing from Reading since yesterday morning (Monday). Leonard – who is 24 – is known to frequent Tilehurst, as well as Reading and Whitley. He is white, about 5ft 5ins tall, of average build and has short brown hair, which is longer on top.
