Alabo George-Kelly, a former Commissioner of Works in Rivers State, has lashed out at Governor Sim Fubara over his rift with the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike. George-Kelly said Fubara would have been a level 14 civil servant in the Rivers State Ministry of Finance if not for Wike’s help.
