A fire at Fen Drayton Primary School left one man in Addenbrooke’s Hospital being treated for serious burns today (Tuesday, 13 August). More than 30 firefighters tackled the blaze on the roof of the building on Cootes lane, Fen Drayton. The road was closed but has since reopened. Fire crews were called out at 8.37am along with an ambulance and three hazardous area response team vehicles. The cause of the fire will be investigated.
