One person was seriously injured and two others were also hurt in a two-vehicle crash Sunday night on Route 35 in Woodbridge, authorities said. A minivan merging from eastbound Amboy Avenue onto Route 35 collided with a car traveling north at about 9:40 p.m., Woodbridge police said. A rear-seat passenger in the minivan — a woman in her 40s — was hospitalized with serious injuries. Two others in the two vehicles were treated at an area hospital with minor injuries.
