Authorities charged two teenagers Friday in a shooting that left three men wounded in Paterson, said police and the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office. A 16-year-old boy from Paterson and a 16-year-old boy from Clifton were charged with acts of juvenile delinquency that would constitute the crimes of first degree attempted murder, second degree unlawful possession of a weapon, and second degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, if they were adults, the prosecutor’s office said in a release.
