Nova Post is launching a new service courier packaging. From now on, when you send a parcel with a courier, you don’t need to worry about finding a box to pack your shipment. This will be done by the courier himself when he arrives at the sender’s home or office to pick up the parcel.
“We want our services to be convenient for the customer, regardless of whether they send parcels from home by courier, from a post office or in a branch,” says Bohdan Shestopal, head of Nova Post’s product division.
Earlier, NP has already introduced a post office packaging service.
What to do
You can order the packaging service in the mobile app or by telling the courier about it during the shipment.
To order through the application, you need:
- choose the size of the box when making a shipment – small, medium, or large;
- press the “pack” button;
- click the “fragile parcel” icon if the package is fragile;
- give the parcel to the courier – he will pack it himself.

Payment for packaging will be added to the delivery service.
Prices for packages:
- an envelope for documents or a bag for clothes from 0.5 to 4 kg – free of charge;
- small box (up to 2 kg) – 10 UAH;
- medium (up to 10 kg) – 30 UAH;
- large (up to 30 kg) – UAH 70;
- bubble wrap for fragile items – 15 UAH.
