In view of a possible Iranian retaliatory strike against Israel, the Netherlands will on Sunday close its diplomatic representations in Tehran and the Iraqi city of Erbil to visitors. This is a reponse to the rising tensions between Iran and Israel, the Foreign Ministry in The Hague announced on Saturday. However, the other functions of the representations would continue, it said.
