Abubakar Gambo, a Director in the Kano State Government Service, has been detained at the Criminal Investigation Department, CID, of the State Police Command. The Commissioner of Police, CP, Kano State Command, Muhammad Usaini Gumel, said Gambo, the Director of Administration and General Services in the Ministry of Water Resources, was arrested alongside two others for allegedly misappropriating millions of Naira through illegal auction of government properties.
