The Russian army in the Kursk region did not have modern secure radio communications, but only Chinese Baofeng radio stations, so there was no need to jam anything during the Ukrainian offensive.

“Don’t listen to the stories about the latest NATO electronic warfare, which crushed modern Russian military radio communications in the Kursk region. The Russian army still has no normal communication, and Kursk conscripts and border guards are “sitting” on Chinese Baofengs,” he wrote.
Now, not only are individual units from other fronts being transferred there, but also equipment for secure radio communications is being delivered.
There are dozens of enterprises in Russia, but they are not able to produce the necessary amount of communication equipment.
“In fact, dozens of enterprises are re-sticking labels on Chinese equipment, clever designers have gone out of their way to do all the right things, and old men with the right mentality and attitude are designing,” the comments add.
