Cleo Johnson, a 33-year-old resident of Farrell, Pennsylvania, has pleaded guilty in federal court to a charge of trafficking cocaine within 1,000 feet of public housing. On Thursday, his guilty plea was entered before United States District Judge Cathy Bissoon. The court was informed that Johnson possessed with intent to distribute cocaine base within 1,000 feet of a public housing location on October 29, 2021.
