AMSTERDAM (Reuters) -South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol laid a wreath at the Netherlands’ national monument in Amsterdam and toured the headquarters of tech powerhouse ASML on Tuesday at the start of a two-day visit focused on semiconductor cooperation.
