The first-ever girls-only rugby event at West Norfolk Rugby Club on Tuesday, with a mixture of tag rugby games and skill zones, specifically aimed at introducing girls to this fast-growing sport. Nine schools with 11 teams and 110 girls were greeted by West Norfolk management and coaching staff, ladies players and one of West Norfolk’s stars; Georgie Lingham, who has played Premiership Saracens and Loughborough Lighting and international 7s rugby for Team GB.
