Police in Italy have stopped what is believed to be one of the oldest traffic offenders of all time with no driving licence, no insurance, but a proud 103 years old. The pensioner, born in 1920, was driving her car in the centre of the small northern Italian town of Bondeno in the middle of the night, authorities said on Tuesday.
