The Vice Chairmanship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Warri South, Pastor Kingsley Omonigho Oshogbo, on Saturday said the party has boycotted the ongoing Delta State Local Government election in Warri. Oshogbo spoke with newsmen in Warri.
