A federal appeals court will hear arguments on January 15th in a case challenging Florida’s restrictions on gender-affirming care for transgender individuals. The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will review a lawsuit filed by attorneys representing a transgender man and parents of transgender children.
