Starting from today, Estonia introduces fines for owners of vehicles with Russian license plates. Beginning March 13, drivers of cars with Russian license plates may be fined up to 400 euros, reports ERR. “Police will pay attention to cars with Russian license plates. If the car is not re-registered, it is a violation punishable by a fine of up to 100 penalty units or 400 euros,” Major of Police Andres Kirsing announced.
