A wanted 40-year-old man has been charged with two counts of assault after avoiding police officers while sunbathing in a Suffolk town. Andrew Chadfield, of Warwick Street in Manchester, was charged following assaults on a prison officer and a police officer. A Suffolk Police spokesperson said he was arrested while sunbathing in a discreet location trying to avoid officers at Woodhall Business Park in Sudbury on Friday afternoon.
