A Texas man, Isaac Ramirez Carrasco, has been sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for a carjacking incident that occurred in January. Carrasco, 38, of Odessa, was convicted of carjacking and discharging a firearm during the crime. According to court documents, Carrasco approached a couple in their vehicle, brandished a shotgun, and demanded they exit the vehicle.
