New Delhi [India], August 13 (ANI): The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on Tuesday took a suo motu cognizance of the alleged sexual assault of a second-year PG student of RG Kar Medical College in Kolkata. The Commission has observed that the contents of the media report, if true, raise a serious issue of violation of human rights of the victim.
