Over the past two days, facilities accounting for more than 10% of oil refining capacity have been damaged in the Russian Federation, according to Bloomberg. The attack on the Ryazan oil refinery, about 200 kilometers from Moscow, has hit a facility that produces 17.1 million tons a year, or about 340,000 barrels a day. The Ryazan refinery is the main motor fuel supplier for Russia’s metropolitan regions.
