Had Clara Silva played high school basketball in the United States, she’d be starting her freshman season at Kentucky as a five-star prospect. But since she hails from Portugal, the 6-foot-7 center was never given an official “ranking”. That being said, Silva might just be the most talented recruit to come through Lexington since Rhyne Howard. However, due to international competition during the summer (where she was regularly posting double-doubles for her country), Silva arrived on campus later than the rest of her new teammates.
