An appeals court on Tuesday reversed the murder conviction of a Newark man because a prosecutor in the case invoked the Nuremberg trials of Nazis in the 1940s. Harold Colbert, 48, will get a new trial in the killing of Daquan Cuttino, a 25-year-old shot dead in Newark on Nov. 1, 2018. Prosecutors alleged he fired at Cuttino multiple times during an argument on South 18th Street.
