Housing developer Lovell Partnerships will begin construction of 309 homes on the former factory site of the Flowserve Pump Division, following approval by Newark and Sherwood District Council of the latest application last month. Contracts have now been completed with property developers CB Collier to provide 45 acres of land for the project, with 37 acres available immediately for redevelopment.
