Ukrainian partisans conducted reconnaissance of the coastline and bays in temporarily occupied Sevastopol. The results revealed that most enemy ships had left Crimean ports, according to the ATESH partisan movement. During their observation, agents determined that the bays were nearly empty, with most ships having departed from Crimean ports and only occasionally appearing in local waters.
