Newark Town captain Lewis Chambers played his first Sunday football match in several years as he pulled on a jersey for Newark Alliance Premier Division team Rose and Crown last Sunday (January 7). Cal Barnes’ team took to the pitch against Chris Self’s RHP 1st team for the Newark Alliance clash at the YMCA Activity Village in Newark. The match saw plenty of action with the score ending in 3-3.
