Thieves who smashed their way into a car parked on the Stortford Fields estate made off with just £3 cash from inside. The vehicle, which was parked in Clark Street, was broken into sometime between 5pm on Friday and 3.45pm on Saturday (March 8-9). Herts Police said inquiries were currently ongoing.
