A woman was caught driving along one of West Norfolk’s busiest roads while more than twice the legal alcohol limit. Selina Howell, 49, was driving on the A17 from Lynn towards Sutton Bridge in the early hours of February 17 when she was spotted swerving across the road. She was travelling at a low speed and consistently straddling the central lines, and a member of the public contacted the police.
