A village café has made a rallying cry to the community it serves for support ahead of an upcoming planning meeting. Ginny Skeels, who runs Sweet Things Savoury with her husband Marty in Gaultree Square, Emneth, fears their partly retrospective planning application for the café could be refused when West Norfolk Borough Council’s planning committee meets on March 5.
