A MAN is to go on trial accused of intimidating and assaulting a woman. Marc Lee appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, May 8. The 30-year-old, of Park Avenue, Thatcham, is accused of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, thereby causing Kasey Randall harassment, alarm or distress. He is also accused of assaulting Ms Randall by beating her on the same occasion. Both offences were said to have occurred in Newbury on October 5 last year.
