Leeds United’s relegation rivals from last season all seem to be under the scrutiny of PSR rules. Everton have already been charged and deducted six points by the Premier League, but alongside Nottingham Forest, could also be at risk of another one. Leicester City, who were relegated alongside Leeds, are now also looking set to be charged and could even start next season on minus points if they win promotion.
