By Sarah Lumley Brits have revealed the top 20 worst smells that can linger around the home – with sewage (62%) and toilet odours (50%) topping the list. Over four in 10 would wrinkle their nose at the smell of cigarette smoke (45%) or smelly bin bags (46%), while 29% worry about the stench of gone-off food, or a smelly fridge in general (15%).
