US military forces have neutralized two vessels belonging to Yemeni Houthi militants in the Red Sea, reports the US Central Command (CENTCOM). In a statement, the US military department reported that the operation took place over the past 24 hours on August 13. “Over the last 24 hours, U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) successfully destroyed two Iranian-backed Houthi vessels in the Red Sea,” the post states.
