The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, has confirmed an accident involving a fully loaded tanker that experienced brake failure, resulting in the loss of three lives. The General Manager of LASTMA, Mr Olalekan Bakare-Oki, said the incident occurred at approximately 6:00 p.m. on Sunday at Second Rainbow, inward Mile 2 along Oshodi-Apapa Expressway.
