Police have made an arrest after a group of youths reportedly attacked a high street worker and damaged a police car. Officers were called to Margate at around 5pm yesterday following reports of disorder. It is alleged a teenage girl punched a member of staff at a commercial premises in the high street. Officers are also investigating a report that a girl assaulted a woman by pulling her hair. During inquiries at the scene attempts were made to damage one of their squad cars, police say.
