A considerable Israeli response can be expected in response to the ongoing Iranian missile and drone attack unleashed by Tehran, Israeli television and Haaretz newspaper reported. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is consulting with his closest circle of ministers on how to proceed, they said. Iran launched hundreds of drones and missiles against its arch-enemy and alarms were sounding in many parts of Israel and the West Bank. Almost all of the missiles were shot down by Israeli air defences, the reports said.
