New Delhi [India], July 14 (ANI): The India Meteorological Department stated on Sunday that the monsoon has started shifting downward and that coastal Karnataka, Kerala, and Konkan Goa will get more than 20 cm of rain in the coming days. “The monsoon is shifting downward from today.
