Three Counties Running Club members had a fun-packed weekend with a 40th birthday celebration, a Valentine’s 10k and some muddy fun at Shouldham. It was the fifth outing in the six-race Cross Country Series at Shouldham. Once again, it was another well-organised event by Ryston Runners and one that TCRC members love being part of.
