Israel said it has attacked targets in Syria, after two drones approached Israeli airspace from Syrian territory. The Israeli military said late on Friday that it intercepted the two drones before attacking a command centre and terrorist facilities used by Syrian air defence units. According to the Syrian news website Asharq Al-Awsat, the Syrian army said one soldier was killed and three others injured in the Israeli airstrikes on military facilities and a residential building in Damascus.
