A South Jersey man who was running a rooster fighting gambling ring was sentenced to state prison on Monday. Jimmy Hadden, 50, of Greenwich, Cumberland County, received a 10-year sentence in addition to a concurrent five -year sentence, the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office said in a news release. Authorities started investigating the cockfighting ring in 2021. During the investigation Hadden also sold methamphetamine to an undercover officer, prosecutors said.
