TAMPA, Fla. \- Tampa Police released a new video that shows the moments before a deadly shooting in the 500 block of S. Howard Ave. On May 12, 2024, shortly before 3:00 a.m., Tampa Police officers on patrol in SoHo heard shots fired at a nearby parking lot and immediately responded. Kenneth Washington, 28, and Kevon Christmas, 23. died from their injuries as a result of the shooting.
