Tributes have been paid to Siobhan Rose Simmonds – known to loved ones as Bonnie – who choked while preparing a meal at her home in Dover, Kent, on Saturday, February 24. The mum-of-two was reportedy found struggling on the floor and rushed to hospital and transferred to intensive care, but sadly died a week later.
